Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship your items to you in a timely manner.

Packages usually go out within 24-48 hours of purchase, depending on when your purchase was made. We fill orders on the next business day we are open. Depending on when an order comes in, we may be able to get it out on the same day, but this is dependent upon how busy it is in the shop and what time it is in relation to the mail carrier pickup.

We use USPS for all our shipments and do our best to wrap any fragile items to protect them during shipment.

If your shipment is delayed or there is something wrong with your items when you arrive, please contact us via phone or text at 828-253-2750 or email purl@purlsyarnemporium. And we will do what we reasonably can to address the issue.
