We dyed 12 extra sets of the 2025 holiday yarn box micro skeins with the Birds of North Carolina theme and are making them available during the 2026 WNC Yarn Crawl.
This set includes:
- 24 hand-dyed micro sock yarn skeins (10 grams/46 yards each; 75% superwash merino/25% nylon) inspired by 24 different birds of North Carolina.
- A bird-themed project bag handmade by Elizabeth
- Knit and crochet bird-themed pattern ideas including a shawl as well as some mini critters (all available for free or purchase via Ravelry)
There are 6 different bag designs (2 of each design). Only difference between the kits is the pattern of the project bag.
