The Andes and the peruvian wool harvested there are both favorites of designer Jody Long. Amo = I love you in Spanish + Andes ... Andeamo was born! These mega hanks of 200 grams give generously with their colors and their yardage. Made in Peru, Andeamo Lite is a lightly spun two-ply that is a dream to work with. 

Fiber content: 85% peruvian wool, 15% Alpaca
Weight/put up/yardage: worsted weight; 200 grams, 437 yards 
Knitting Gauge: 17.5 sts per 4" in stockinette on US 8
Crochet Gauge: 11-14 sts per 4" in single crochet on H8 hook
